WHIPLASH TREATMENT in Bucks County PA
Whiplash is a neck injury caused by an aggressive, fast back-and-forth movement of the neck. It most commonly occurs during an auto accident.
Because it only takes one forceful movement of the neck to cause Whiplash, it can also occur as a result of sports accidents, physical abuse, falls, or pushes. Some common symptoms of Whiplash are:
- Neck pain and stiffness
- Worsening pain with neck movements
- Loss of range of motion, headaches at base of skull
- Pain in upper back and shoulders
- Tingling into arms
- Dizziness, and fatigue
Some people can also experience neurological or concussion- like issues such as blurred vision, sleep disturbances, ringing in the ears, irritability, memory problems, and depression.
