The treatments last 20 to 45 minutes depending on the desired area and treatment type.

How long does it take to see results?

Results will depend on the individual and their lifestyle, but results are typically visible after the first five treatments. However, some can see results immediately for cryo-toning and cryo-facial results. Results continue to improve for 48 hours after the treatment. Cryo- slimming results continue to improve over a two week. For cryo-slimming avoid working out two hours pre-treatment. Avoid carbs and sugars for a minimum of two hours before and after the treatment drink 1-2 L of water for 14 days following the treatment.
